Monitoring the Quality of Implementation

In order to acquire the trust of educational institutions, those involved in the quality of higher education outcomes, and the whole society in higher education; a continuous and periodic process of monitoring and evaluation for the performance of these projects occurs in different stages and levels:

- External Evaluation: continuous assessment of the HEEP performance every six months by the World Bank supervision missions and agreeing on the actions to be performed in the next six months.

- Evaluating the HEEP projects in collaboration with the Egyptian American Scholars.

- Evaluation at each Project Level: This is done at the level of project stakeholders at the different stages of implementation as the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) formed six National Committees headed by six university presidents to monitor the performance of the HEEP projects.

- Measuring the Impact of the HEEP Projects on Universities: through integrated studies that aim at measuring the value of each project and the feasibility of implementing those projects.
